Special sessions and tutorials

Proposals for special sessions should contain the tentative title of the session, and a list of four to five speakers, with titles and extended summaries (up to 2000 words) of their presentations. Proposals should be sent by e-mail to either of the Program Chairs to be received no later than January 10, 2003.

Proposals for tutorials should contain the tentative title of the tutorial, an extended abstract (up to 2000 words), and a table of contents of the material to be covered. Proposals should be sent by e-mail to either of the Program Chairs to be received no later than January 31, 2003.
