• Guided City Tour (start at 18.30 at Hauptplatz) and invitation of Lord Mayor into City Hall Graz (at around 20.00).
• PLEASE HAVE YOUR CONFERENCE BADGE WITH YOU!
• Dress code: smart casual (what this means?)
• The meeting point for the city tour and the reception is on the main square, in front of the City Council Building (Rathaus, in German), Hauptplatz 1, A-8010 Graz.

Thursday (July 4, 2019):

• Gala Dinner at the evening 19.30, reception by invitation of the Governor of Styria, Graz-Burg.
• VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OFFICIAL INVITATION CARD (IT IS IN THE CONFERENCE BAG!) IN ADDITION TO YOUR CONFERENCE BADGE
• All attendees will be required to show their invitation (which will be given to you at registration desk)
• Dress code: business/informal (what this means?)

Friday (July 5, 2019):

• Excursion to the “Zotter Chocolate Factory” and to a vineyard “Bernhart“
• Important note: An additional fee of 20 Euro per person will occur (cash on site) to cover the costs. Please sign up for the excursion at the registration desk.
