At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the Author/Early Registration deadline at the (IEEE) Member or Non-member rate (even if the author is a student) in order to have the paper published in the ConTEL 2021 Proceedings. One author registration is valid for one (1) paper.

Authors of multiple papers: Each additional paper by the same author has to be registered under Additional paper category. One author can register up to 2 additional papers.

Any coauthors attending the conference should register for the conference according to their status, as described in more detail below. The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant.

The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
